- age of the au pair: 18-26 years
- working hours: max. 20 hours a week (child care and light housework)
- babysitting: 2-3 nights a week
- day off: at least 1 day per week
- pocket money: min. 450 EUR per month
- paid holidays: at least 2 weeks during 12 months
- families pay for the cost of the language school
- families pay for one plane ticket
- families pay for health and accident insurance
- board and lodging is ensured by the family (in case of illness, day offs and holidays as well)
