- age of the au pair: 18-30 years
- working hours: 30-35 hours per week (child care and light housework)
- babysitting: 2-3 nights per week
- day off: at least 1 day per week
- pocket money: at least 80 EUR per week (depends on the working hours)
- paid holidays: 2 weeks during 12 months
- board and lodging is ensured by the family (in case of illness, day offs and holidays as well)
